A *UGANDAN* doctor based in *soroti district*, Doctor Joseph okello… is on the run after beheading his patient under his care in the wee hours of yesterday, Tuesday October 22.
It happened that Dr. Joseph had been attending to a particular ill male young patient for over a week.
